Energy Protein Shake - 200 calorie



1 1/2 cups vanilla low-fat soy yogurt
1/4 cup plain low-fat milk
1/4 cup raw walnut halves
2 Agave
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup Ice
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 45-60 seconds, until creamy and smooth. Make 6 serving.

Nutritional Value: Calorie 200, total 7g, saturated fat 0.5g, protein 6, carbs 28g, cholesterol 0mg, fiber 1g, sodium 40mg
