Berry-Banana Breakfast Smoothie - 170 calorie


6 ounces berry flavored low-fat yogurt
1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup reduced-fat 1% or 2% milk
1/4 cup Ice
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 45-60 seconds, until creamy and smooth.

Make 1 serving.
