Why I use Pineapples in my recipes:


Pineapple suppresses inflammation. A main constituent, an antibacterial enzyme called bromelain, an anti-inflammatory. Pineapple has others benefits such as, aids digestion, helps dissolve blood clots and is good for preventing osteoporosis and bone fractures because of its very high manganese content.

Is also antibacterial and mildly estrogenic.
