Time – 60 minutes
Strawberry Ice Cream
1/3 cup half and half or
heavy whipping cream
2 dates
1 oz. organic sugar
½ avocado
Hunk of cabbage or 1/3 slice
of squash
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 cups strawberries
3 cups ice
Blend High, speed 10, 60 seconds.
***If you use frozen fruit then
eliminate the ice.
