1. Almonds - A great source of monosaturated fat and Vitamin E.

2. Rice Cakes - Low in calories and very versatile.

3. Tuna in a Pouch - No draining necessary: Just open and eat! A quick source of protein.

4. Banana - Great source of potassium and vitamin B6. Aids muscle recovery.

5. Whey protein shake - premade or powder. Mix in a water bottle or drink from the can. Ideal pre-and postworkout.
